Middle School Fee (Grades 5 – 8): $360 per student - The Middle School Fee is added to the base tuition amount. This fee covers the additional costs incurred by specialized curriculum, electives, SLICE, extracurricular sports programs, 8th grade fall retreat, spring field trip, graduation, and other
activities unique to the Middle School.

We know finances is often a significant factor in finding the right fit for your family. We are incredibly grateful for our strong scholarship funding through Pennsylvania’s EITC/PRE-K/OSTC program. Thank you to those who participate in these programs…without you, this scholarship fund would not exist! Aid is available for all qualifying families who meet MCS or state requirements. If you are in need of financial assistance to make Christian education affordable for your family, please apply!
Financial Aid is very common for Manheim Christian families. Our families may receive up to 75% aid! MCS requires that a patron family pay at least 25% of their total tuition. Families who qualify for OSTC (you will be notified if you qualify) or other special funding may be granted an exception to this requirement.
Multiple Student Discount - Families with multiple students who apply for aid will see this discount reflected in the results of their financial aid application.
The financial aid application is available to families who have completed the enrollment application. Applications for financial aid will be submitted via Simple Tuition Solutions. A recent tax return is required to apply.
Extenuating circumstances are always considered when making scholarship awards. Income changes for the upcoming school year as well as financial hardships are considered. Every effort is made to allocate our scholarship funds on a fair and equitable basis according to the financial needs of each patron family. Simple Tuition Solutions uses complex formulas from the financial information applicants provide to help accomplish this. If the aid provided still presents an obstacle for your family, please talk to us! We never want finances to the be the reason a family does not join us!
